Internal Frame Backpack

The Internal Frame Backpack is a modern development based on the external frame backpack. The lightweight frame is placed within the fabric of the backpack and allows a more snug torso fit while transferring the weight of the load to the hips and hip belt, away from the shoulders. This allows for larger loads and ease of movement but that might come at the expense of ventilation, causing a sweatier walk.
